Around/About Central Georgia
Henley makes a tight cut
Russell Henley was two under after two rounds of the WM Phoenix Open.
And barely made the cut.
He was on the cut line, and is tied for 55th, 10 shots behind leader Sahith Theegala.
Henley’s first round was goofy, with two straight pars, then three straight bogeys, then two bogeys in a row, and three birdies in a four-hole stretch.
Friday was a little better, with two front-nine bogeys countered by four back-nine birdies.
