Regan Foster’s infield single brought in Madisyn Hallar with the walk-off winner in the bottom of the eighth. Hallar opened the inning with a single and Laney Bridges reached on a bunt that pushed Hallar to third. The Gryphons needed two in the sixth to tie after Johnson County put up six in the second for a 6-4 lead. Bridges had four hits and Foster four RBI for ACE, which gave up five unearned runs. Hannah Huckeba went the distance for the win, with four strikeouts and no walks.

Five runs in the fourth gave Tattnall the lead and two in the sixth added some cushion. Hailey Daughtry and Oliva Bridger had three hits each for Tattnall, Kaci Paul adding two hits and Kaitlyn Hallman two RBI. Graci Kluge had three hits for Stratford, Emma Jordan chipping in two. Daughtry got the complete-game win.
