          The Royals scored six runs with two outs in the fourth to shorten the game and win over the 4A Panthers. Bailey Odom fanns six and walked two in the six-inning three-hitter. Riley Edge had three hits and Emily Sanders 2 for Bleckley County.

East Laurens 2, Hawkinsville 1

          The Falcons got one in the first, and both scored in the fourth, for East Laurens to take a 2-1 lead. DeAsia Lowther then surrendered only a single the rest of the way to seal the win. She struck out nine and walked nobody. Hailey Knowles had two hits from the leadoff spot for East Laurens.

Locust Grove 10, Jones County 0

          A day after losing its first game of the season, top-ranked Jones County was stunned by region rival Locust Grove. The Greyhounds were held to three hits, and struck out eight times.

Rutland 12, Warner Robins 0

          The Hurricanes scored seven in the second inning of the four-inning game. Bailey Caldwell gave up two hits and struck out three, needing only 30 pitches. Kinleigh King, Breasia Davis, Karly Douglas, and Caldwell each had two hits, King driving in three runs.
