Perry alum Casey Hayward gets raise, extension from L.A. Chargers

When Casey Hayward left Green Bay, there was talk about him being one-dimensional. But he's been superb with the Chargers.
And they are happy, signing him to a 3-year extension worth $36 million, $20 million guaranteed.
He spent four years with the Packers, and was entering the final year of a 3-year, $15.3-million contract
Hayward earned two straight Pro Bowl invites, and he is tied for the NFL lead with 11 interceptions since 2016 and is first with 53 pass breakup.
He expressed his happiness on Twitter.
