ACE’s got goals from six players and assists from six players in cruising to a shortened-at-the-half win. The Gryphons improved to 10-2 while the Golden Hawks fell to 2-6. Sophomore Bayleigh Loosier led ACE with a hat trick, while junior Mia Johnson amd Lily Bivings added two goals. Edy Powell, Kate Thomason, and Wade Howard rounded out the scoring for the Gryphons.

ACE got off to a nifty start, scoring 48 seconds into the action on Ethan Snow’s shot, Sohan Patel following his assist on that goal with one of his own at the 2:31 mark for a 2-0 lead. WACO keeper Javyn Brooks had a nice first half, the Gryphons’ Jack Carter getting one past with six minutes left for a 3-0 halftime lead for the Gryphons. Alex Jordan added to the lead 86 seconds into the second half, and the Gryphons put it away with goals from from Carter and Jack Perry barely two minutes apart, and Snow finishing the scoring the final eight minutes.
