Central Georgia's honorees by Positive Athlete for 2021-22

          Nearly two dozen area athletes and coaches were named to regional winners by Positive Athlete.org’s Georgia honorees.

          Bleckley County, East Laurens, West Laurens, and Northside each had two selections, and West Laurens was named the most positive school.     

          Golf standout Lucy Wiegert of Bleckley County is a repeat honoree.

          There are 26 categories, for sports and coaches and overall.

          Central Georgia had two honorees from the West: Shiloh Kehayes, Fullington, boys basketball; Shanyah Bolden, Dooly County, girls multi-sport.
