Bleckley County 4, Lamar County 1, 8 inn.

          Three runs in the top of the eighth won it for the Royals. Matthew Bland had an RBI single, a run came in on an error off the bat of Carter Brannon, and Josh Dillard scored on a dropped third strike. Dawson Chapman and Bland had two hits each for Bleckley County.

Dodge County 14, Jasper County 3

          The Indians were up only 3-2 after four, but scored 11 in the next two innings. Trey Woods had three hits and and Trase Moore two hits and four RBI. Joel Joiner and Brady Moore had two hits each, with two-RBI games from Tye Moore and Jason Lann. Miles Proctor had two of the Hurricanes’ three hits.

GMC 6, Wilkinson County 1

          Bryce Smith two RBI to lead GMC, aided by five errors and four unearned runs. Tyler Saunders struck out 13 with a walk in the complete-game four-hitter.

Mary Persons 3, Upson-Lee 2

          The Bulldogs scored in the top of the eighth, and had little trouble in the bottom half. Eric Snow had two of Mary Persons’ seven hits. The loss wasted a sterling pitching effort from the Knights’ Jackson Blakely, who whiffed 14 with no walks in 6.2 innings.

Northside 9, Mount de Sales 7

          Northside scored three in the bottom of the sixth to tie it, and the Cavs regained the lead with one in the top of the seventh on Jared Diaz’ single to center. But Northside won it in the bottom half when DJ Hudson was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded. Diaz had three hits and four RBI for MdS, Jordan Green and Bricen Smith with two hits each. Dalton Cohen had three hits and three RBI and Gabe Bautista two for the Eagles.

Ola 3, Jones County 0

          Tucker Mix had two hits for the Greyhounds, who got a five-strikeout, two-inning relief effort from Bo Mansfield.

Peach County 8, Jackson 2

          Bryce Harrelson and Ashton Ennis had two hits and Andrew Cliett three RBI for the Trojans.

Perry 11, Spalding 3

          The Panthers rode the two-hit bats of Tanner Knowles, Brayden Long, Tyler Newhouse, Dylan Butler, Ben McDow, and Price Massey, getting four RBI from McDow and two from Butler.

Westside 13, Putnam County 0

          Jack Wise belted a grand slam to pace the Seminoles, who got two –hit nights from Christian Boose and Riley Keeter. Wise also threw a five-inning four-hit shutout, striking out five with a walk.

          The Royals got two goals from Fatima El-Jeaid and Harlie Corner, plus Aniston Dowdy, Mishayla Brown, and Carys Copeman, with two assists from Kayle Kerce.

Mary Persons 10, Sumter County 0

          The Bulldogs got four goals from Reagan Benson, two from Karlie Dell, and one from Karsen Winget, Ella Hoover, Anna Murdock, and Lilly Barnes. Assists came from Caroline Buff and Dell (two each), and Winget, Murdock, Barnes, and Ella Magda.

          Dawson Dell turned in the hat trick, with goals from Chance Wiggins and Gavin Harris, and assists from Asher Dingmore (two), Luis Martinez, Wiggins, and Evan Miller.
