          The Lancers won the region title behind 20 points from Jeb Walls and 17 from Ethan Elliot.

          My’Sean Williams led the AA Indians over the 6A Bears with 11 points.

FPD 90, Strong Rock 58

Jay King went for a career high of 59 points, nailing 14 3-pointers along the way, with six boards and six assists. His total was a point short of the school record of 60 set on Feb. 5, 2021 by Jordan Jones, also against Strong Rock.

          The Hurricanes got a whopping 33 points from Chaydon Stone, Kemarion Thomas chipping in 11.

          Javecckio Thomas went for 32 points for the Golden Hawks, Tra’Vonte Byrd adding 14 points. The Raiders hit two free throws in the final seconds to win.

          The Eagles trailed after three but made the plays down the stretch. Dre Bonner topped the hosts with 22, Mehki Lyder adding 14 and Garrett Lang 11.

          TC Mathis had 22 for the Trojans, who fell in the region tournament final to the host school. Amare Johnston added 16.

Tattnall is fourth, and plays Mount de Sales on Tuesday.

          The Knights take third in the region. Marcus Slaton led the way with 16, Upson-Lee holding Crisp County to four points in the fourth.

Veterans 68, Warner Robins 55

          The Warhawks jumped out to a 21-11 lead after a quarter and made it stand to win their second straight region title. Williams led Veterans with 21 ponts while DJ Wright added 18. Jodyan Keith led the 18-7 Demons with 17.
