Stratford’s Cephus on IR
For the second season in a row, Quintez Cephus is sidelined.
The Stratford grad was put on injured reserve by Detroit earlier this month with a foot injury suffered a week earlier against Seattle.
Being put on the IR mandate sitting for four games. The four-game stretch end on Nov. 6, and he’d technically be eligible to return on Nov. 13 at Chicago.
He missed 12 games last year with a collarbone injury. This year, he has two catches for 15 yards. Last year, he caught 15 passes for 204 yards and two scores in five games.
