Nathaniel Tidwell and Rhett Blount had two hits each for Lamar County.
Mount de Sales 2, Peach County 1, 9 inn.
A single, and walk, and then a two-out single by Jordan Green to left gave Mount de Sales the walk-off in the bottom of the ninth. Jared Diaz had two of MdS’ seven hits. Alex Christian and AJ Lee had two hits each for the Trojans, who outhit the Cavs by two. Elijah Freeman got the win in relief of starter Kyle Shaugnessy, who fanned eight with three walks in seven innings.
Tattnall 15, Dodge County 2; Tattnall 10, Heritage 0
Tattnall exploded for six in the third and eight in the fourth, helped along the way by six Dodge County errors. Hunter Alexander, Charlie Morris, Bo Hatcher, and Cooper McMullen all had two hits, McMullen with three RBI and Morris with two. Brendan O’Connor had two hits for the Indians. Benjamin Stubbs struck out 10 with two walks in the second-game six-inning two-hitter. Clay Rowland belted two homers in his three-hit day, Carter Fink adding a bomb and twho hits. Rowland drove in three runs, Gabe McGreggor and Charlie Morris two each.
