Services set for Demaryius Thomas
Demaryius Thomas’ high school alma mater will host a public viewing on Saturday, with funeral services to follow.
The viewing at West Laurens is from 10-11 a.m., with a service at the high school and private funeral services to follow at Dudley Funeral home. A procession will start at around 10:30 a.m. to take him to the funeral home.
The City of Dublin posted on its Facebook page a request for fans and mourners to line Jackson Street and Bellevue Avenue as the procession begins to take him to the high school starts at 10:30 a.m.
Thomas’ mother asks those who attend procession or funeral to wear his favorite colors: blue and green or orange and blue.
The Denver Broncos will hold an invitation-only service on Monday at Georgia Tech’s McCamish Pavilion.
Read Thomas’ obituary here, and more tributes here, and one from Bill Belichick.
