Macon Touchdown Club picks a Cavalier, Viking, and Gryphon

          The Macon Touchdown Club honored players from Mount de Sales, FPD, and ACE as as the latest players of the week.

          Back of the week: Mount de Sales junior back and linebacker Fernando Washington ran 32 times for 231 yards – his third straight 200-yard game - and two touchdowns in the 14-10 win over Deerfield-Windsor. At linebacker, he accounted for six tackles.

          Lineman: FPD junior defensive lineman D'Aren Igho-Osagie racked up seven tackles, four for loss, and caused two fumbles while recovering one in the Vikings’ 14-7 win over Stratford.

Special Teams: ACE junior kicker Jake Prather  averaged 47 yards a punt – with a 61-yarder – in the Gryphons loss to undefeated region champ GMC.
