          The Gryphons made it a five-inning game after a scoreless first. Lizzy Mitchell went 4 for 4 with three runs and three RBI for ACE, Dixiana Sims adding two runs and two RBI. Mary Elizabeth Ballard nearly went the distance for the win.

Crisp County 6, Upson-Lee 1

Mount de Sales 2, Stratford 0

          Jordyn Partain threw a perfect game, with 10 strikeouts – reaching the 600-strikeout mark for her career - on 84 pitches as the Cavs won the region title. She also belted a homer in the second.

Putnam County 3, Taylor County 2

Rutland 5, Spalding 3

          The Hurricanes spread out the small-ball work with seven different hitters and four different RBI-producers. Taylor Stewart went two and Amber Summerday five, Summerday with six strikeouts and the win.
