Tattnall County 57, Peach County 42

BOYS
Class 6A
Heritage-Conyers 59, Houston County 51
The Bears had the stronger first half, leading 29-23 at the break, but the visitors won the third quarter 17-6 to take the lead. Houston County regained the lead late only for the Patriots (16-12) to pull ahead and hold on. Isaia Harris led Houston County (17-10) with 13 points while Xavier Duncan added 12.

Class 5A
Warner Robins 52, Starr’s Mill 39; next: Lithonia (R5/2, beat Rome 67-64) at Warner Robins
The host Demons were in quite a battle, the game tied at halftime and Warner Robins slipping ahead with a 9-5 third quarter. The Demons eliminated some suspense with a 21-12 fourth quarter. Quon Dillard topped the 23-6 Demons with 17 points while Shamar Rouse added 11.

Class 4A
Americus-Sumter 59, Upson-Lee 53
The Knights were shockingly unable to hold on to second-half double-digit leads, including down the stretch. The Knights led by 10 points at least three times, but then trailed by three with just less than two minutes left and couldn’t rally, thanks in large part to free-throw struggles, for their first home loss in just more than three years. Upson-Lee, which scored only six points in the fourth quarter after leading 28-24 at halftime and 47-38 after three, ends its season at 26-2, while Americus-Sumter improves to 24-4.
Carver-Columbus 76, Howard 49
The upstart Huskies were in a hole early against the top-ranked Tigers, down 16-8 after one and 37-24 at halftime.

Class 3A
Windsor-Forest 67, Westside 53
Sophomore Shamar Norman was too much for the Seminoles, scoring 25 points and having a good night on 3-pointers. The Seminoles got off to a wretched start, getting only one first-quarter point. Zaylon Carey led Westside (23-8) with 19 points.
