Foltynewicz breaks a slump as Braves bop Mets

Ronald Acuna led off with his first triple, scored, and Mike Foltynewicz had a nifty night in Atlanta’s 4-2 win over the Mets.

Folty improved to 8-7 with his first win since July 11, and three relievers follow with a one-hit effort in the final three innings.

A three-run third put Atlanta on top for for good, starting with Acuna singling, stealing second, advancing on a fly and scoring on Freddie Freeman’s single. Johan Camargo added a two-run single later.
