Haley Tierce, a junior from Houston County, is the latest Peach Belt Conference softball player of the week. The infielder got hits in all eight of Georgia Southwestern's games, batting .429 with 5 homers and 13 RBI. She fanned only once in 28 at-bats. Tierce is tied for the league lead with 12 homers.
Middle Georgia State's Madison Staniloiu is the Southern States Athletic Conference softball player of the week after batting .529 with 3 homers and 8 RBI.
