Central Georgia Tech's men beat South Georgia State 91-85 on Friday to advance to Saturday's 3 p.m. championship game against South Georgia Tech.
Previous: Central Georgia Tech’s women beat Georgia Highlands 78-74, but, according to a CGTC Tweet, "Due to player disqualifications during the CGTC/Georgia Highlands semifinal, the Lady Titans have been disqualified from the GCAA Region XVII Championship game.
The men nipped Albany Tech 76-74 on Tuesday and will face the winner of South Georgia State and Gordon State on Friday.

Kentucky got going late in the first half and beat Georgia 62-49 Friday to end the Bulldogs' season.
(Previous) Georgia found a way to hold on against a quality opponent, nipping Missouri 62-60 on Thursday.
SEC player of the year Yante Maten played like his honor, and Georgia rolled past Vanderbilt 78-62 Wednesday in a game not quite that close. The Bulldogs get No. 5 Missouri at around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. The tournament is in St. Louis.

Mercer never trailed, stymied a brief early rally, and rolled to a 75-44 win Thursday over Western Carolina.
Kahlia Lawrence led Mercer with 23 points in 27 minutes and KeKe Calloway added 18 in 29 as 11 Bears scored and 12 got a rebound.
The Bears led by 15 at halftime and ended up doubling the margin.

Georgia College earned a spot in the semifinals with a 62-53 win over Flagler on the road Wednesday. The Bobcats lost 69-66 to North Georgia on Saturday.
North Georgia beat Lander 76-60 to win the women's tournament, and is joined by Lander and Columbus State in the NCAA Division II Tournament.
UNC Pembroke's men won the men's side, and advances, along with Clayton State and Francis Marion.

Middle Georgia State’s men lost 81-70 to Loyola in the first round Thursday morning, ending the Knights’ season at 15-13.
TyAsia Grayer, a senior from Rutland, finished her career with 1,004 rebounds, but the MGS women lost 62-53 to Martin Methodist, to end the season.
