West Laurens’ Jordan Spencer, a cousin of Demaryius Thomas, has signed to play football at Benedict.
Bleckley County had several signings: Carys Copeman to Middle Georgia State for women’s soccer, Markeze Brown and Iverson Baker to Peru State for football, Omari Jackson to East Georgia State for men’s basketball, Cam Beck to LaGrange for football, Ter’Nazia Elvin to New England College for women’s basketball, and Marcus Newson to Central Georgia Tech for football.
