Public tickets for Kirby Smart visit going on sale

          Tickets to the public for the visit of Georgia head coach Kirby Smart to the Macon Touchdown Clubā€™s jamboree in less than three weeks are almost on sale.

          The club will have windows of opportunity on Thursday, from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. at the Rumford Center at the Methodist Home for Children and Youth on Pierce Ave.

          Cost for tickets is $50, cash or check. Funds go toward the clubā€™s scholarship fund.

          The club has another option. If interested in joining the club for 2024, the cost is $250, and will include a free ticket to the jamboree and then have 2024 taken care of.
