Both teams had eight hits, but the Knights were scoreless until the seventh. Jackson Wells and Trace Peaden each had two hits for Upson-Lee.

Three in the sixth gave the Red Devils the lead for good, Hawkinsville aided by four Treutlen errors. Tanner Meeks and Ben Broadnax each had four hits for Hawkinsville, Broadnax with four RBI and Meeks with two. Harlem Phillips added two hits and three RBI.

The second game lasted five full innings, Rutland holding Northeast to a hit, and taking advantage of 10 walks, two hit batters, a wild pitch, and a balk, while managing five hits.
