Northside’s Oliver gets camp invite
Former Northside quarterback Tobias Oliver got an invite to the New York Giants’ minicamp, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Former Georgia Tech teammate Bruce Jordan-Swilling got the same invite by New Orleans.
A minicamp invitation is different than being signed as an undrafted free agent. A free agent signs a contract with compensation and has contact with the team, while invitees get an unsalaried tryout.
