 Dodge County 10, Jasper County 0

          Eight errors and nine unearned runs made for an easy day for the Indians, who two-RBI games from Jason Lan and Joel Joiner, Lann fanning seven in five innings for the win.

FPD 12, ELCA 2

          Gavin Spillers and Micah Henley had two hits each and teamed for five RBI to lead FPD, which sealed it with four in the fifth. B.J. Hughes drove in three runs, along with Henley.

GMC 3, Windsor 2

          Christian Black, Bryce Smith, and Jessie Washington, and J.J. Hines each had two hits for the Bulldogs, Christian Black whiffing 13 for the complete-game four-hit win.

Houston County 14, Mater Lakes, Fla. 0; Har-Ber, Ark., 2, Houston County 1, 8 inn.

          The Bears led 12-0 after three in the first game, led by Drew Burress’ monster game with seven RBI on four hits – including a grand slam - with three runs. Gage Harrelson and Kai Decker had two hits and Garrett Hortman four RBI. All the scoring in the nightcap came in the eighth inning, the Bears getting a two-out run but leaving the bases loaded. Harrelson had two of the Bears’ six hits.

Howard 2, Stratford 1

          An error led to one run and Gavin Williams’ single to the lead run in the fifth for Howard, which got a combo no-hitter from Andrew Garnett – who went 6.2 with 15 strikeouts and four walks – and Gavin Williams who finished it with one pitch. Garnett also had two hits. Howard visits Rutland on Monday and Stratford welcomes Tattnall on Tuesday.

 Jones County 12, Dutchtown 2

          Aiden Payne, Tucker Maddox, and Marlin Mills had three-hit games for the Greyhounds, Mills scoring three times and Payne twice.

Peach County 10, Jackson 0

          Colter Gun needed only 63 pitches for the six-inning one-hit, eight-strikeout win. Andrew Cliette had three hits, and Bryce Harrelson and Michael Kovitch two for the Trojans.

Putnam County 8, Westside-Augusta 1

          Ashton Jones had three hits, and Jacob Grimes drove in three runs on two its to lead the War Eagles. Chase Lupton fanned nine in six innings for the win.

Valdosta 12, Northside 0

Ware County 13, Veterans 4; Ware County 9, Veterans 4

West Laurens 19, Baldwin 1

          A nine-run third put away the five-inning win, the trio of Gunnar Jeffers, Tucker Brown, and William Kellam teaming for a no-hitter, with nine strikeouts. Kellam, Brown, and Jace Thompson had three-hit games, Thompson with four RBI. Janson Meeks, Jeffers, and Camden Thomas had three hits each, Jeffers and Thomas with three RBI.

          The Royals clinched the two seed behind three-goal games from Kayla Kerce and Fatima El-Jeaid, and goals from Aniston Dowdy and Breanna Arnold. Harlie Corner had an assist.

          The Panthers racked up their second straight region title.

          The Bulldogs won the big rivalry meeting, thanks to Asher Dingmore’s goal. Mary Persons improved to 5-1 in region play.
