Bacon bounced at Savannah again
Macon continues to be 0 for 2021, losing 11-4 to Savannah, which is perfect in 2021.
The Bananas led 4-1 after one, and added five in the third and fourth innings, outhitting the Bacon 16-11.
Tyler Epstein, Ashton Roy, Cam Jones of Houston County, Ryan Archibald (Mercer), and Tattnall grad Logan Fink each had two hits for Macon. West Laurens grad Bill LeRoy had two hits for the Bananas.
Macon is at Florence on Thursday and hosts Spartanburg on Friday before returning to Savannah on Saturday.
