Wife of longtime football coach Sam Barrs passes away
The wife of longtime and retired Central Georgia football coach Sam Barrs died Wednesday after a battle with cancer.
Debbie and Sam Barrs were married 46 years.
Barrs spent the bulk of a long career in Central Georgia, at Dublin and Bleckley County as well as Trinity Christian and Crisp County.
