Tuesday's Central Georgia Scoreboard

Bleckley County 8, Central 0; Bleckley County 18, Central 0

          The Royals held the Chargers two hits and were aided by four errors. Ethan hulseyy, J.R. Fordham, and Conner Senters teamed for six of Bleckley County’s seven hits. Julyk Jones had both of Central’s hits off Bordy Little, who struck out 12 with a walk. The Royals did all the damage in the first two innings of the 2.5-inning nightcap. Matt Huff had a grand slam, while Matthew Bland added two hits and three RBI.

Brentwod 3, Thomas Jefferson 1

Coffee 8, Veterans 5

          Coffee led 7-2 after five, despite four errors. Al Lorenzo had two RBI for the Warhawks.

Dodge County 5, Lamar County 1

FPD 8, Mount de Sales 0

          The Vikings took care of business with a pair of two-run innings at the start, sealing it with four in the seventh. Barrett Barkley went the distance and fanned eight with three walks and three hits. Hudson Mimbs had three hits and two RBI, Barkley two and two, and Jackson Jones added two hits.

GMC 17, Wilkinson County 4

          Carson Knowles had two hits and three RBI to lead the Bulldogs. Christian Black scored four times and Cayden Avant three as GMC took advantage of 10 walks. Black and Jordan Bradley teamed for the five innings of work, and nine strikeouts with no walks.

Houston County 15, West Laurens 0

          Brodie Chestnutt whiffed five with a walk in a four-inning no hitter. The Bears took advantage of seven walks, Drew Burress with two hit and Gage Harrelson scoring four times.

Ola 9, Jones County 5

          The Greyhounds had more errors than runs, and the defensive woes led to eight unearned runs. John Alan Richter had two hit for the Greyhounds.

Putnam County 17, Laney 0

Rutland 7, Baldwin 1

Swainsboro 12, East Laurens 1

          Swainsboro led 4-1 after one, and rolled in five innings, getting a one-hitter.

Tattnall 2, Stratford 1; Tattnall 6, Stratford 3

          The Eagles got one in the top of the sixth to counter the Trojans’ two in the bottom of the fifth, but that’s where the rally ended. Bo Hatcher struck out seven with a walk and four hits for the complete-game win, outbattling Micah Takac (5.1 IP, 4 K, 4 BB, 4 H). Waldon Davis of Stratford had two hits. Another good start – five runs in the first two innings – led Tattnall. Clay Rowland and Carter Fink had two hits each for the Trojans, Rowland with three RBI. Carter Fink and Benjamin Stubbs handled the mound work with nine strikeouts and four walks.
