Berrien 16, Jasper County 1; Berrien 15, Jasper County 0; Jasper County eliminated
          A 2-1 game was put out of reach with Berrien’s 12-run second in the opener, a three inning game. The hosts put up nine in the third inning of the five-inning nightcap.

Bleckley County 11, Fitzgerald 1; Bleckley County 11, Fitzgerald 0; Bleckley County advances, at Bremen
          A 9-1 lead after two led to a 4.5-inning game, Jordyn Krieg leading the Royals with three hits and three runs, Addison Keel with two hits and three RBI. Elisia Vickers had two hits and two RBI, and Darci Dillard drove in two runs. Riley Haley fanned seven with two walks in the five-inning two-hitter. The nightcap took five innings, thanks to a five-run first. Krieg, Haley, and Dillard had two hits games, Krieg with three RBI and Keel with two. Krieg went four innings (7Ks, 3 BBs, 1 hit) and Keel one.

Cook 6, Lamar County 3; Cook 8, Lamar County 0; Lamar County eliminated

Dodge County 15, Thomasville 4; Dodge County 19, Thomasville 5; Dodge County advances, vs. Pepperell or Heard County

Grovetown 12, Northside 0; Grovetown 16, Northside 3; Northside eliminated
          Eight runs in the first inning of the opener propelled Grovetown, which got a four-inning no-hitter. Five Eagle errors – aided by 13 walks and three wild pitches - in the second game led to 10 unearned runs.

Jones County 6, Northgate 0; Jones County 3, Northgate 2; Jones County advances

Perry 4, LaGrange 1; LaGrange 6, Perry 5, 8 inn.
          Ashley Kay Moon was efficient in making a three-run third stand up, the Panthers winning despite only two hits. Perry got three straight walks, a single from Reagan Hughes, a wild pitch and error to score two runs, the third coming in an another wild pitch. LaGrange stayed alive with a walk-off one-out RBI double in the nightcap. Chloe Davey, Ava Garrett, and AliRae Dykes each had two hits from the top three spots in the lineup for six of Perry’s eight hits.

Troup County 12, Howard, 6; Troup County 10, Howard 1; Howard eliminated
          Six Howard errors in the opener led to six unearned runs, the difference in a game where both teams had nine hits and both pitching units walked as many batters as they struck out. Sydnee McElveen drove in five runs on three hits for Howard, which got two hits from Nakeira Mallory and Abby Davis. Troup County led 5-1 after four before a five-run fifth ended it.
