Another Central Georgia HS football team faces a positive test
Crawford County head football coach Jhon Smith announced in a release Monday afternoon that the Eagles will put workouts on hold for 10 days because of a positive COVID-19 test for one of the players.
The player was asymptomatic, and will quarantine for two weeks. The facility will undergo deep cleanings during the break.
Mary Persons suspended workouts in mid-June for a positive test and was scheduled to resume this week. The school’s softball team had the same situation at the end of June and remains inactive.
