GMC signs a haul from Central Georgia
Central Georgia’s representation on the GMC football team is always there, but sometimes, it’s pretty lean.
Not in 2020. The Bulldogs signed seven players from Central Georgia on Wednesday, keeping one in Milledgeville and taking two from AA state champ Dublin.
One very notable pickup is quarterback/athlete Bo Lawson, a former standout from Dooly County who racked up 34 touchdowns and 3,024 yards passing and running as a senior. He signed a year ago with Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College but was not on the 2019 roster.
He is a spring semester enrollee.
GMC also added Rodney Daniel from Putnam County, Jaquan Jackson of Howard, Tyren Mobley from Perry, Amranius White from GMC High, and Dublin duo Jeremy Stuckey and Khalil White.
