ACE 14, Treutlen 0

            Lizzy Mitchell and Mollie Molton drove in four runs each, Mitchell scoring three runs, as ACE cruised in four innings. Lauren Vaughn scored three times and Brooklyn McGreggor had two RBI. Mary Elizabeth Ballard gave up one hit.

Bleckley County 4, Telfair County 3, 8 innings

Brentwood 4, Trinity Christian 0

Crisp County 3, Perry 1

            Perry outhit Crisp County by one, but couldn’t convert it to runs. Terra Odom had two hits for Perry, which stranded nine runners.

East Laurens 8, Johnson County 6

Glascock County 11, Washington County 3

Griffin Christian 10, Twiggs Academy 2

Houston County 10, Ola 8

            The Bears put up a touchdown in the sixth to overcome a 7-3 deficit. Houston County pieced together seven singles – including six to start the inning – with two walks and a sacrifice for the seven runs. Makayla Krepps and Averi Martin had three hits each and teamed for five RBI. Kendall Huelsman and Bobbi Poff had two hits apiece, Poff driving in two runs. Olivia Brown and Rylee Lamb combined for six strikeouts and two walks.

Mount de Sales 3, Strong Rock 1

            The Cavs played quality small-ball, with two-hit games from Henderson Hurdle and Jordyn Partain, each of whom drove in a run. Partain sat down 10 with a walk in a gritty 121-pitch complete game.

Northside 18, Peach County 4

            The teams combined for seven errors, but Northside had the pitching of Mallory Gordy and the offense good for 14 hits in four innings. Celena Luna had three hits, three RBI, and two runs for the Eagles. Gordy had two hits and three RBI, Madelyne Lee, Morgan Willis, and Sierra Franioli two hits each. Ayma Smith and Franioli had three RBI each. Ashley Nelson had two hits for Peach County.

Schley County 2, Crawford County 1

            Crawford County outhit Schley County by three, and Bailey Phillips struck out 12 with four walks, and both teams stranded eight, but the Eagles lost. Shamiya Raines had three hits and Jaydyn Rogers and Haven Ragan two hits each for Crawford County.

Stratford 9, FPD 0

            The Eagles led 4-0 after three and rolled, led by Taylor Justice’s three hits, two runs and two RBI. Nadia Reese had two this and three RBI, while Mary Elaine Mitchell, Shorter McCook, and Haley Grace Cole had two hits each. Kenna McElmurray fanned nine with a walk in the five-inning game.

Westfield 15, Loganville Christian 0

            The Hornets needed three innings to get done. Emma Williams drove in five runs on three hits – including a homer- and scoring twice, while Ellie Williams had two RBI. Sadie Hayes, Marena Knowles, Sydney Langdon added two hits each, and Knowles scored three times. Emma Williams struck out eight with no walks on 35 pitches in three innings, passing 100 strikeouts for the season. She also broke the program doubles record with her 54th.
