Surprise, but no surprise: Mercer retires Langston Hall’s jersey
          The halftime ceremony, complete with highlights, was over, and the members of Mercer’s 2013-14 legendary team returned to their seats on the baseline near the Mercer bench.
          But the celebration wasn’t over.
          Mercer retired the jersey of point guard Langston Hall Saturday at short while later during the Bears’ game against The Citadel.
