          Go ahead and put Veterans on upset alert, on the road against a team that battled Warner Robins well at The Mac, and has three losses by a total of 37 points, two against ranked teams. And the Tigers are in must-win territory postseason-wise. Might be some points in this one.

          Howard has had a week off after being thumped by West Laurens, so the Huskies will be hungry, but probably rusty early. It’s the only 2-4A game this week, so there’ll be some colors of other schools – coaches’ attire – in the stands for what might be something of a shootout if Perry brings some consistency.

          Both are very near must-win modes. The Golden Hawks still have Northeast and Dublin, the Indians visit Bleckley County. Both teams are on the rebound, and both teams are still fairly tough to figure out.

          The Trojans spoiled a perfect regular season last year for the Cavs, who have one win over Tattnall since, well, the last century.
