Mercer footballer gets invite

          Senior wideout Marquise Irvin will play in the SPIRAL Tropical Bowl on Jan. 13 at Bethune-Cookman. Rosters will be announced on Sunday.

          Irvin caught 54 passes for 814 yards last season.

          This is the fourth year for the game.
