Bleckley County 6, Schley County 2

          The Royals got enough with a three-run second. Riley Edge and Landa Dominy had three hits each, and Macey Haley and Bailey Odom two each, Odom driving in two runs. Odom and Edge teamed up on the mound, Odom fanning five in 5.1 innings.

FPD 11, Rutland 7

          The Vikings took a 6-0 lead after one, the Hurricanes got to within 7-5, but FPD scored four in the sixth to seal it. Breasia Davis, Bailey Caldwell, and Amber Summerday had two hits and Sadi Ratteree three RBI for Rutland.

Houston County 10, Monticello 8

          Monticello had a 6-1 lead, but the Bears got six in the fifth and three in the sixth. Kenly Sullivan got the sixth going with a two-run homer, another run coming in on an error and two wild pitches. Sullivan and Averi Martin each had two hits and two RBI for the Bears.

Lee County 9, Northside 1

Westfield 7, Stratford 3

          The GISA school beat its former GISA rival, getting all of its runs in the fifth inning. The Hornets got going with a bases-loaded walk, followed by a two-run single from Emma Williams. Riley Hickok’s single was the eventual game-winner. Hickok went the distance with six strikeouts and two walks.
