Some positive karma for USA: GSU has lost its last two homecoming games. On the other hand, the Eagles have outscored the Jaguars 159-32 in the previous four meetings, all GSU wins.

Washington County’s Logan Hunt is the reigning SBC defensive player of the week, after career highs in tackles and sacks.

Georgia Southern has rushed for 854 yards in the past two meetings.
