Macon, Lexington County split
James Williams threw a seven-inning shutout in the first game, but Lexington County avenged that in the second game.
Macon won the opener 5-0 and was basically reversed with an 8-1 loss in the second game at Luther Williams Field.
Williams, who plays at Georgia, struck out six and walked one in the seven-inning three-hitter.
Alex Canty had a double and triple on a 3-for-3 game.
The Blowfish took control in the nightcap with three in the third and four in the fourth, Macon getting only two fewer hits but converting little into changing the scoreboard.
Zach Weisz, Riley King, and Jabari Richards had two hits each for Macon, which stranded 10 runners.
