            The Cavs put it away with 4 in the third, and got 2-hit days from Landon Jernigan and Micah Hattaway, with Jernigan, Rossman Diaz and Carson Riley each driving in 2 runs. The trio of Clay Murphy, Carson Riley and Jackson Nebel teamed for a 3-hitter, Murphy fanning 6.

            The Trojans employed small-ball and pitching well, Luke Laskey going the distance (4K, 2BB) with a one-hitter and a double and run, RBIs going to Logan Fink and Brooks Gorman.

            A four-run third was the difference for the Trojans, who took advantage of three Hampton errors. Luke Laskey had 2 hits and scored twice. Logan Fink, Brooks Gorman, and Trey Ham teamed for a 3-hitter.
